Refund and Returns Policy
We know accidents happen and it is our aim to make sure that every purchase made in our store is to your total satisfaction. Giancana Pop Art does not offer cancelations or refunds, however, customers are entitled to a replacement of their art print at no cost under the following conditions:
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged or faulty art print, we will replace it free of charge and without delay. In order to process a replacement, we ask that you contact us within the first 3 days after your shipment arrives.
If your item arrives in a package with clear and significant damage, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately with your order number at support@giancana.com
If your item does not exactly match the product as portrayed in our catalog, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print at support@giancana.com and our team will be happy to assist you. In such cases where Giancana Pop Art requires the return of an item, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
Should any claims of misrepresentation of appearance be corroborated by our team, a reprint of your product will be ordered and shipped to you as a matter of priority.
Cancellations And Changes
Once an order is made, our art prints go into production immediately and, as a result, we are unable to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) after your order has been placed.
While we strive to meet our customers’ needs, any shipping address changes must be done within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, it is unlikely that we will be able to process such a change, although we will try to accommodate our customers whenever possible.
Changing Your Mind or Mistakes
Please make sure to double-check the size of the print you are buying in order to avoid incorrect size choices. We do not offer refunds or make exchanges in these cases.
