Giancana will create artwork from photos submitted by Rescue Partners through their dashboard of the animals in their care and we will post them on our website (giancana.com), social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, et al.), and newsletters, along with relevant information provided by Rescue Partners about the animals and how they can be adopted or otherwise aided by the general public. Giancana reserves the right to choose among the photo submissions, and can remove artwork posted at any time and for any reason. This agreement is not legally binding, and is only intended to help create a meeting of the minds, and delineate a process that results in the mutual benefit of both parties.

Rights Agreement

Giancana grants Rescue Partners a non-exclusive, limited license to post images of the artwork created by Giancana of the animals in their care on their website and social media accounts. Giancana’s watermark must be fully visible at all times. Rescue Partners are prohibited from selling or reproducing the artwork created by Giancana in any form, without the exclusive written consent by Giancana. Giancana retains all rights to the artwork created from the photos submitted by Rescue Partners.
